Why are employees scared of software in Africa

Since 1970 computers started being fully part of our lives. They've become our best tools. The most important part of them is the software they allow us to use to make our daily activities easy and fast.

Today, every single company uses software to boost its productivity. There are all types of software to help you in whatever you want to do. From office software like Microsoft Office to Accounting software like FreshBooks, you are spoilt of choice.

But, recently a problem was detected in Africa where employees may be going against the integration of software in companies. Strange habit right?

These are reasons why African companies have always hesitated to adopt easy solutions with software and prefer to remain the same in manual work:

  • Leaders believe they may lose their jobs
  • Leaders will not have the possibility to corrupt any longer
  • leaders will not be able to fraud
  • Leaders want to keep the company's activities anonymous.
  • Sometimes they see software as a giant beast ready to deceive them

From one company to another, these reasons are the same in different forms.

For a company to design its website or another application, these same leaders have to make sure they hire a developer who can give them a share. otherwise, the job will be hanging there for years.

Companies prefer paying little money to students to do their work than going to see professionals. But when they see messed up results, they will start complaining.

I feel like saying: Africans will never change.
